The Course
The PADI Open Water Referral is the perfect way to prepare to dive on your next holiday. You will complete all your knowledge development and pool training with New Horizons enabling you to get straight into sea diving on your holiday. With over 5,800 PADI Centres worldwide it is virtually certain that you will find a convenient one to complete your four qualifying dives wherever your destination.
Course Outline
The PADI Open Water Referral is modular and is made up of the first two elements of the PADI Open Water Diver course (the open water dives will be completed on your holiday):
Knowledge Development to enable you to understand the basic principles of scuba diving. Some home study, using the manual and DVD which we provide, is followed by Instructor led sessions.
Confined Water sessions to learn basic scuba skills safely in the comfort of local, warm swimming pools.
Course Duration/Schedules
You can complete the Knowledge Development and Confined Water sessions over three Sunday afternoons or, if you prefer, a single weekend.
New Horizons is able to offer great flexibility with its courses so please contact us to discuss your requirements with schedules, locations and if you would prefer your own private instructor (small supplements may apply).
