Dive Society

In the busy world in which we all live it's hard to keep in touch with each other and find out what is going on in the diving world and that is why we have The New Horizons Dive Society.

There are numerous financial benefits of being a Dive Society member - but it also provides the opportunities for you to get together with people you may have met on trips or courses or meet new people for the first time who have similar interests.

Through our Newsletter "Horizon News" and regular email updates - it's also the easy and convenient way to find out what's going on with New Horizons - from courses, trips and holidays to the latest equipment releases and pleasure diving opportunities.

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP:

  • Regular newsletter.
  • Special social and diving events organised for members.
  • 33% discount on gear rental (applies to normal full price).
  • 5% discount on any purchase in the shop plus special offers from time to time.
  • FREE invitation to attend scheduled pool sessions for occasional skills practice. (Please book as pool space is limited).
  • Monthly meetings held at Macclesfield Rugby Club with guest speakers giving presentations on dive destinations, dive equipment and other interesting topics.
  • Advance notification of all dive trips.
  • Membership card allowing you access to membership benefits.

COSTS:

Initial registration fee:-

  • £10 (free to New Horizons graduates)

Annual subscriptions:-

  • Single person - £25 per person
  • Couple - £40 per couple
  • Family - £50 per family

As part of our commitment to supporting the aquatic world New Horizons will be sharing a percentage of the Dive Society membership fees with the Shark Trust and the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society (WDCS) - so being a member will also mean you're helping to protect these magnificent creatures
