New Horizons Dive Society aims to allow divers to meet other likeminded divers, to keep on diving and to keep in touch with what's going on. There are many benefits to Society members not least of all the opportunity to explore new dive sites in the UK and abroad as well as to maintain your diving skills through organised workshops or informal pool sessions. You can keep in touch with important developments and upcoming events through the monthly newsletter "Horizon News".

COSTS:
Registration (new members only) £10 per person
(Registration fee is waived for divers completing a certification course with New Horizons Dive Centre)

Annual membership :
Single £25 per year (£20 if paid by standing order)
Couple (at the same address) £40 per year (£32 if paid by standing order)
Family (up to 5 people at the same address) £50 per year (£40 if paid by standing order)

and return it with your registration and membership fees or Standing Order Form in the attachment below.

Conditions of Membership
1 A renewal reminder will be sent out in towards the end of each year, and notification will be made in "Horizon News". It is the responsibility of the member to return the renewal form and membership subscription by the due date. Failure to do this will result in cancellation of membership and the loss of membership benefits.
2 A 33.3% discount is available on normal equipment rental prices on equipment that is for the use of the member. Persons using the schools equipment for any diving purposes shall be responsible for the said equipment from the time of issue and any loss or damage will be charged for at replacement cost.
3 5% discount is available on the recommended retail price of goods purchased from New Horizon's dive shop. This discount is NOT available on services such as diving courses or trips.
4 Regular updates and advance notification of dive trips are provided through the newsletter, "Horizon News" which is either sent out or emailed to all members.
5 An invitation exists exclusively for members to attend scheduled pool sessions for the purpose of practising personal snorkelling or scuba skills without instruction. Please book your place in advance since space is limited and places are not guaranteed. There is no charge to use the pool but equipment rental charges apply.
6 The membership year will run from January 1st to December 31st of each year. Applications made on or after 1st July will be charged for the remainder of the year as follows: Single £15 per person; Couple £24 per couple Family £30 per family.
Applications made on or after 1st October will be charged at normal full rate but membership of the following year will be included as well.
