Dry Suit Diver (UK Orientation)

If you learnt to dive in a wet or semi-dry suit or are not completely happy with your diving skills in a drysuit then this course is for you.

• Get valuable experience using a drysuit for UK diving.
• Gain a recognised qualification to allow you to rent a drysuit.
• Add towards your Master Scuba Diver rating.
• Discover the rich life and wrecks to be found in British waters.

To enable you to do this safely and comfortably we offer you the Drysuit Specialty course. This course not only teaches you how to use a dry suit but also teaches you about diving in British conditions.

The programme consists of a pool session to familiarise you in the use of a dry suit followed by two open water dives to let you experience drysuit diving for the first time under the supervision of an instructor.

Not only is this a great course, but as a PADI Specialty, it also counts towards your Master Scuba Diver rating.

MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR COURSE:

• Specialty Diver Crew-Pak including DVD or video

MATERIALS PROVIDED FOR COURSE:

• Air fills
• Full SCUBA gear as required (including dry suit & under suit)
• Certification

MATERIALS YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Your own logbook

PRE-REQUISITES:

• Minimum Age: 12 years
• Minimum Certification: PADI Open Water / Junior Open Water Diver

DURATION:

One pool session plus one full day in open water.
