Red Sea Liveaboard - Northern Wrecks and Reefs

Liveaboard
M/Y Emperor Infinity, Hurghada, Red Sea

14/01/2011 to 21/01/2011 (Sorry, this event has now ended)

The Red Sea, Egypt provides UK divers with the closest coral reefs and clear, blue water and is an ideal site to learn and improve your diving skills whilst having a lot of fun. The sea temperature in January is warm (but thick wetsuits are recommended for repeat diving) and the weather is like a GOOD British summer.

Thistlegorm - Railway Engine

Visibility is excellent with 20 metres being the norm and the variety of fish species and corals is huge (not to mention the dolphins!!). The best way to explore this diver’s playground is on a liveaboard boat.

To enable you to reach the best reefs and the excitement of the most outstanding wrecks in the world, we are chartering the M/Y Emperor Infinity liveaboard boat.

We will be flying direct to Hurghada from Manchester followed by a short bus ride to the port from which we sail. The boat will spend 6 days sailing the Red Sea for some wonderful diving and plenty of photo opportunities.

Red Sea Soft Corals

During the 6 days we will follow a Northern itinerary and will dive a good mix of reefs and wrecks. These should include the wrecks around Abu Nuhas and the Thistlegorm along with hard and soft coral reefs teeming with fantastic fish life including the famous Ras Mohammed wall. The exact itinerary will be weather dependent and the captain of the boat will make the final decisions.
